see my kimchi has already been in the fridge for 5 days (with me occasionally eating it, it tasted ok) and i remembered i had a box of flour lying somewhere.
so earlier this evening, for the first time, i created 김치전 using all the left kimchi and flour. i finished them all. ㅋㅋ
will try it out later....

If you don't like to use oysters, skip it. I like the flavor of oysters. Kimchi never goes bad and it will be fermented.
If you are accustomed to hot spicy kimchi, you might not have upset stomach. : ) Eat only a little until you can handle the spiciness.
